Expansive Horizons: Master Planning on a Grand Scale

Introduction to Mega Urban Ecosystems in Greater Jakarta

In the dynamic urban landscape of Greater Jakarta, our vision for ‘Mega Planning, Mega Impact’ takes center stage, addressing the complexities of burgeoning urban development. The region, marked by rapid growth, presents unique challenges and opportunities in urban design. Our approach is not just about creating spaces; it’s about envisioning ecosystems that thrive under urban pressures.

One such endeavor, Wasaka City in Bekasi, embodies our commitment to integrating critical infrastructure with urban design. Spanning 350 hectares, this project leverages new toll roads, not merely as transit routes but as lifelines that invigorate and connect the urban fabric. Wasaka City stands as a beacon of how thoughtful infrastructure planning can unlock urban potential, paving the way for holistic development.

In this realm, our projects are more than mere constructions; they are intricate tapestries of living, working, and leisure spaces. Each development is a careful orchestration of efficiency, sustainability, and community-centric design, tailored to the unique rhythm of Greater Jakarta’s urban pulse.

Visioning New Capitals and Alternate Urban Centers

Envisioning new capitals and alternate urban centers is a colossal task that demands foresight, innovation, and boldness. Our involvement in projects like Grand Jakarta and the Indonesian Capital Master Plan competition showcases our prowess in shaping future cities.

Grand Jakarta, sprawling over 16,300 hectares in Lebak, was conceived as an alternate vision for a new Indonesian Capital. This project epitomizes our capability to envision vast urban expanses, not just as living spaces but as thriving ecosystems that embody the spirit and aspirations of a nation.

Similarly, our competition entry for the Indonesian Capital Master Plan in Kutai Kartanegara, covering a staggering 42,000 hectares, was an exercise in visionary urban planning. Our proposal encapsulated innovative solutions for sustainable living, integrated transportation networks, and resilient environmental strategies, all harmoniously woven into the fabric of the new capital.

These projects represent our commitment to visionary urban planning – a commitment to not only design cities but to craft legacies for future generations.

Transformations and Expansive Urban Planning

In the realm of transformative and expansive urban planning, projects like Maja Raya and Rangkas Raya stand as testaments to our ability to reshape landscapes. Maja Raya’s evolution into Citra Maja Raya in Lebak is a prime example of how expansive planning can redefine regions. Spanning 2,300 hectares, this development transcends conventional urban design, morphing into a vibrant, self-sustaining community.

Rangkas Raya, covering 3,710 hectares, further illustrates our prowess in large-scale urban development. This project is not merely about building homes; it’s about fostering communities, integrating amenities, and creating sustainable environments that cater to the multifaceted needs of modern society.

In each of these projects, our approach goes beyond traditional boundaries, embracing innovative planning techniques and sustainable practices. We focus on creating not just habitable spaces but livable communities, where every element contributes to the overall quality of life.

Diverse Developments in Large-Scale Planning

Our portfolio of large-scale planning projects, like Millenium City in Serpong and The Grand Maja in Lebak, showcases the diversity and scale of our urban design capabilities. Millenium City, a 1,000-hectare development, is a hub of innovation and modern living, reflecting our expertise in creating urban spaces that cater to contemporary lifestyles.

The Grand Maja, spread across 240 hectares, is another hallmark of our design philosophy. This project harmonizes residential areas with natural landscapes, offering residents a tranquil yet connected living experience. Its design underscores our commitment to integrating ecological sensitivity with urban convenience.

Each of these projects, along with others like River Mountains Estate in Sukabumi and Rolling Hills in Karawang, represents our dedication to crafting diverse urban ecosystems. They are vibrant mosaics of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, each contributing to the rich tapestry of urban life.

Synthesizing Large-Scale Planning Concepts

In synthesizing the concepts of large-scale planning, projects like GEM City in Gresik and Harvest City in Bogor exemplify our holistic approach to urban design. GEM City, an expansive 917-hectare development, blends industrial, residential, and commercial elements, creating a multifunctional urban hub.

Harvest City further demonstrates how large-scale planning can foster sustainable and thriving communities. This 254-hectare development is a microcosm of urban efficiency, offering residents a balanced lifestyle with access to a variety of amenities and green spaces.

These projects, along with our entire portfolio, represent the culmination of our efforts in ‘Mega Planning, Mega Impact.’ They are not just urban developments; they are ecosystems where every component works in synergy to create sustainable, livable, and dynamic urban landscapes.

As we look forward, our commitment to innovative, contextually relevant urban solutions remains unwavering. We continue to push the boundaries of urban design, creating spaces that not only meet the needs of today but pave the way for a more sustainable and vibrant future.
