Traditional Balinese wisdom and design principles are reflected in the form, site plan, and architecture of Royal Venya Ubud—including the hotel, private villas, and amenities. Situated on sloped terrain, the site plan was carefully developed to respect the natural landform. Building elevations and levels were adjusted during the design process to follow the contour lines. The combination of vernacular Balinese architecture, Ubud’s natural environment, and the terrain has resulted in a unique and harmonious ambiance.
