Grand Jakarta, sprawling over 16,300 hectares in Lebak, was conceived as an alternate vision for a new Indonesian Capital. This project epitomizes our capability to envision vast urban expanses, not just as living spaces but as thriving ecosystems that embody the spirit and aspirations of a nation. 

Similarly, our competition entry for the Indonesian Capital Master Plan in Kutai Kartanegara, covering a staggering 42,000 hectares, was an exercise in visionary urban planning. Our proposal encapsulated innovative solutions for sustainable living, integrated transportation networks, and resilient environmental strategies, all harmoniously woven into the fabric of the new capital.

Rangkas Raya, covering 3,710 hectares, further illustrates our prowess in large-scale urban development. Harvest City further demonstrates how large-scale planning can foster sustainable and thriving communities. This 254-hectare development is a microcosm of urban efficiency, offering residents a balanced lifestyle with access to a variety of amenities and green spaces.
